Purpose:
To provide consulting services to MS Enterprise customers in order to build-up business solutions based on MS products to speed-up adoption and deployment of new versions of MS products to increase the penetration of MS technologies and solutions to enterprise customers
to increase enterprise customer satisfaction by using MS products.
Responsibilities:
.Deliver high quality consulting projects;
.Understand the consulting activities and statuses, and provide adequate advice/support/reports;
.Build relationships with customer's TDMs (Technical Decision Makers);
.Understand customer business needs (pain points) and map to MS solutions / products;
